By making a reservation to stay at Hotel Mi Casa or by booking, confirming your room we assume that you have read, understood and accepted our Booking and Cancellation Policies. Whether you have read the Policy or not - you are still accepting the terms of our Policy by making a booking or confirming your room. By using or accessing our website - you agree to this Policy.

By accessing the Site, you agree to accept, without limitation or qualification, all of the terms and conditions.

This Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the website is deemed to be acceptance of such changes, so the user should check this page periodically for updates. We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time. Notice of changes will be published on this page.

Your continued use of the Site means that you accept and agree to the revised Terms and Conditions.

If you do not accept these Policy and Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time), please exit the Site immediately.

Mi Casa Applicable Cancellation Policy - If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Should the credit card be declined the Hotel reserves the right to release the reservation.

Group reservations - For any reservation above 2 rooms the Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card 72 hours prior to arrival for all rooms reserved. Should the credit card be declined the Hotel reserves the right to release the reservation.

Children Policy - Children up to 10 years of age, stay for free if sharing existing beds with their accompanying parents. Breakfast will be provided free of cost.

There is no capacity to fit the extra bedding in rooms.

We charge 4% merchant fee for payments with credit / debit cards and all online transactions ( payments or refunds )

If you would like to pay for your stay with a credit/debit card, we can not charge your credit / debit card with USD. We will charge it with Nepalese Rupees according to the convertible currency from Nepal Rastra Bank taken on the day of the payment ( not the date of the booking)

We may use third-party booking agencies to collect your personal information such as : your name, address, contact details, credit card details.

We reserve the right to collect your credit card details for reservations made on third-party booking agencies.

The type of personal information that we process include : your name, gender, home or work contact, date and place of birth, nationality, passport details and visa information, guest stay information, date of arrival and departure, special request made, request approval or denial, your credit card details.

All rooms are Non-Smoking. Halls, Lobby area are Non-Smoking.

Please note that guests found smoking in their rooms will be charged 50 USD fine.

Check-in time is 3 pm.

Check-out time is 12 noon.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply.

You may only use the Site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors)

You may only use the Site to make legitimate reservations for yourself and your invited guests or an individual for whom you are authorized in advance to act.

You may not use the Site to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservations or any reservations for other purposes, including without limitation for purposes of reselling rooms or reservations, posting, marketing, advertising, or otherwise distributing rooms, reservations, or availability including without limitation on

third-party web sites, making false, fraudulent, or speculative reservations, reserving rooms in anticipation of demand, or making reservations for commercial purposes such as reselling the rooms.



Reservations made in violation of these Terms and Conditions may be cancelled without prior notice.

We reserve the right to cancel the reservations without notice that transferred in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations and/or other improvements to reservations based on error or mistake at any time including after confirmation of a reservation. The Site may contain technical inaccuracies or other errors in connection with information displayed on the Site, including without limitation rates, fees, or availability applicable to your confirmation. We reserve the right not to honor reservations or information affected by such errors, inaccuracies and/or omissions.

We reserve the right to assume no responsibility for such errors, inaccuracies and/or omissions.

We reserve the right to assume no responsibility for communication failures, errors, any given incorrect information or other malfunctions, messages or entries done on the Site, whether the incident occurred as a result of user error, system error or human error.

Except for non-commercial individual private use, copying any part of its content is strictly prohibited.

Free airport pick-up is available for all direct bookings.

We would love to offer free pick-up for all of our wonderful guests! Unfortunately if you book through a third-party agency like booking.com or agoda.com, we cannot offer free pick-up and the charge will be USD 7 if you are arriving between 6AM-8PM. If you are arriving between 8PM-6AM it will be US$12.

Please be assured that if you use a third-party booking agency, we are happy to still arrange the airport pick-up for the additional charges described above. You will be picked up by a private driver not a taxi. We arrange this for the safety and comfort of our guests.

If you would prefer to arrange a taxi on your own when you arrive, you can expect it to be daytime USD 5 fare (after negotiating) or nighttime USD 10 (after negotiating). Please understand that we cannot be responsible for your experience if you choose to take a taxi on your own.
